Substrates

New or renovated substrates, either unpainted or painted: • Gypsum plaster, plaster tiles, plasterboards • Old painted surfaces • Cement, concrete, cellular concrete, breeze blocks, bricks, stones.

Overcoat

Any conventional paint or wall paper. Any TOUPRET filler. Do not overcoat with polyurethane or solvent-based epoxy paints
